Listmates...
After being part of the list for about 5 years for my Celaic daughter...I am now gfree as well..So there are some grown up foods I am not familiar with and I could use some advice/help.
At a Japanese restaurant, I know I cannot have their soy sauce or their imitation crab. But now I hear that wasabi is not "safe"? When it comes to sushi- what is ok and not ok? (obviuously nothing tempura...)_
