No criticism felt here at all.

It's just one of those ham puzzlers that I needed to solve, and, actually, I 
now wish I had taken this step earlier in the summer.

The ham radio withdrawals were getting serious.

At least now, I know I can do something fairly simple out at the RV with the 
blessing of the management, so there will be lots of good hamming to look 
forward to next summer for sure.

As for the screw-driver, I'm not quite sure what I will do on that score, 
but I'll have the winter to mull that one over, knowing that it is no longer 
my only option.
