hello allI just found this app and it is called PACK MY BAG.
it works well with voiceover , you can add items very easy , have a set list for a beach trip, weekend getaway , ACB convention, or what ever you need to make a packing list .
if your kids are off to college  they can do a list on this  too. Kids going to school  a daily list ,as you can send it to a email , print it off  post  it on the wall for your kids , grandkids.
creat a to do list. 
i think it cost $0.99 
this is the best packing app that I have found in all of them on the iphone as this is what I have. 
but truly this works great , and as you pack your bag  you can check off what you have put into your bag.So you will not forget anything that is on your list.
 the list ideas are endless.
