I used to periodically post when I saw cheap copies of NeanderThin. 
No such copies exist anymore. Hard cover copies now start around $40 
plus shipping. Paperback ones are more. I suspect it has something to 
do with Ray's recent interviews. Ray: Isn't the high price enough 
evidence for your publisher to reprint? At least come out with an 
e-book version?
