I've run a lot less than that for coax with no problem, it seems like 
usually anything will work though a 10 turn coil in the coax where it meets 
the twin lead is usually recommended. My last one at the apartment I had 50 
feet of coax, I ran one in a temporary setup once with 20 feet of coax 
because that's what I had in my go kit and it worked fine.
