My phone is literally falling apart but all my carrier has is touch screen 
phones and they're going down hill anyway so I'll wait another year, and 
when the contract is out on my wife's phone, assuming I didn't have to 
replace mine in the meantime, I'll be switching though mine isn't reliable 
now. My contract is up though so I may move one line at a time over.
