Hi,

Try one of these. 6.6 amp/hour lithium iron phosphate. It's more expensive than other chemistries, but boasts about 2000 cycles, plus a low self-discharge rate. The included charger charges it in about 3 hours. $120 for the whole package, which is battery, charger, and carrying bag. The battery terminates in a cigarette lighter plug. I got one for my upcoming KX3. Battery on its own weighs around two pounds.

The site mentions a hefty hazardous materials handling charge, but I never got charged that, only regular shipping. Do a search for coupons, Ifound a 15% off one once.
