This is what I sent to Biro Tuscan Grille's corporate site:

"I am highly impressed with how my gluten-free needs were met. The host and our waiter, Joshua H, had Sous Chef Santiago come to my table to help me with my selections. I support restaurants that do gluten-free well, because I could get seriously ill. I value that you care, that you train your staff, and that they are very customer-oriented. And the meal was delicious. Thank you."

The restaurant I went to is in Marlton, NJ, last week, and although they do not have a gluten-free menu, they know how to modify the meals. They were very well informed and attentive. It's not a cheap place, but you get what you pay for. I will go back there. I gave this place a chance because of so many positive comments that came up when I googled Brio gluten-free. This place has been open only a few months. The waiter told me they were taught about gf in training. Way to go!
