Does anyone have experience with peripheral neuropathy or know of good
information sources?  I'm not certain that is what I have, but it's what I
suspect.  For a while I thought the numbness and tingling in my hands was
simply caused by a repetitive stress arm/neck injury from desk work, but my
doctor says that since I also have numbness and tingling in my feet, the
feet symptoms must have a different cause.  I'm not even 40 yet so this
definitely doesn't seem normal.  Although I'm 99% gluten free (I'm sure I
encounter some contamination but never willingly or knowingly), I suspect I
really need to go grain-free but have been putting it off.  Has anyone had
experience with resolving hand and foot numbness/tingling with dietary
changes?
