Hi Vicki and Everyone,

No, she doesn't know us that well. They should have gotten the
business number out of the phone book.

I don't know what she told the person at the drug store when she
called and asked for Vernon's phone number..

Vernon even said today, that both of them should be repromanded for
this action, since it was in violation of the Hippa Law.

I told Vernon that I new she was really mad, and I can't even see,
but she was real quiet when she came back the second time to get her
laptop. She didn't hardly speak at all. She never even apologized.

I was told that I could take this up to the top, but I'm not going to
do that at this point, and I hope and pray that nothing else occurs
as a result of this action.

I suppose I should document everything, though, just in case.

I don't want to see anyone get fired over this silly incident.

Thanks much.

Many Blessings,

Pat Ferguson
