Phil,

If we were raised by good parents when we were children, we sometimes 
asked them for what we wanted.  Did they always say yes?  And if not, 
would they want us to stop asking because there's a chance they'll just 
say no?  I also like to say that God always answers our prayers, and 
when He does say no, it often means He's saying, "I have a better idea."
