agreed  and how about sending them a photocopy of your license  that works too  it doesn't have to be a fax   snail mail and a kinkos will solve that problem   as for the router, usually it is easy, but some of them are harder to access  but there are enough people around who can help  even your isp can often help    if you call them and tell them you are blind and can not use a program they might even send otu a tech if you are very very very very nice and don't start a pity party on the phone   if that doens't work call a local high school  someone there is bound to turn you onto one of the kids in the comptuer classes that would likely  come fix it fo ryou for the caost of some pizza
