Subject: ac8s is back on the air, I got my hobby back!

Hi all,
Thanks to your help, everybody, AC8S is back on the air!
Well, at least I'm back on the air, at my friends station, up on the 8th =
floor!
I did what you told me, and sure shooten, it's back on the air. It's up =
80 feet, the trap dipole for 80/40, and I worked 2 stations, 2 stations, =
on 20 of all bands!
The antenna's not the way I want it yet, because he's got more room on =
his balcony for me to string it, but at least for now, we're back on the =
air! I got 559 in Tx, and a 579, in Minnesota!
When my friend's room mate feels better, I'm working with him on =
restringing the antenna.
Now of course folks, there's also the alpha 1 that Buddy mentioned, and =
I'm really looking forward to seeing how people like that, whether the =
verticle, or the j-pole.
But this trap dipole is workin like heck on cw!
So, thanks, again, everybody, for the help! Now, I don't have to send =
the mfj 949E back!
Now, I'm gonna request a move up to the 10th floor myself, and my reason =
I'll put in the request letter, radio operating, for emergency =
communications!
73,
Trippy, ac8s
