Tom,

are these fuses fast blow or slow blow?

I would guess fast blow.

Also are they 250 volts?

The voltage is written on the fuse.  Just because they are used in a 12 volt 
application doesn't necessarily mean that they are not rated for 250 volts. 
You need to go by what is written on the fuse assuming the one in there is 
the original.

Also, I believe a 3AG type is the same thing if you can't actually find a 
AGC type.

So I know what you have, is this fuse one fourth inch in diameter and 1 and 
one fourth inches long?

I found these for $1.39 for a box of 5 at Amazon.
