Fred, I am sorry to hear of your loss of all your computer data.  Here are a 
few things that may help.

To subscribe to this list, he should send an email to:

[log in to unmask]

with this line in the body of the message:

subscribe blind-hams

You can leave the subject field blank, but don't forget the dash between the 
words blind and hams.

Handihams does have study material available, but another possible source 
is:

www.hamtestonline.com

although you have to subscribe to that list I am told.

The web address for Handiham I believe is:

www.handiham.org

I just tried it and it brought up the site.  Hope this helps.
