Hey listmates,
The information regarding Dow's new product was interesting. I was curious
and filled out a customer request for more information.  This led to a
WELLENCE 47129-based slew of informational pdfs and websites.  I wonder if
it is similar to Expandex, a modified starch product used in Gluten-free
baking.  I have not been able to find Expandex in my area.

I can say it is not produced from genetically modified organisms.  It is
mainly wood pulp.
