I am looking for a chocolate cake recipe that uses coconut flour. 

Someone I know made one that included the following ingredients, BUT she made this up as she made it and so doesn't have an exact recipe.

used a combination of coconut flour, cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, eggs, white sugar, vanilla, margarine, baking powder 

I would prefer oil instead of margarine and no xanthan gum or guar gum. 

If anyone could give me some ideas I would appreciate it.
