This information is related to the mushrooms grown in wheat post but is
expanded to question cross-contamination issues with strawberries (grown
over wheat straw), soy (harvested on shared grain equipment) and beans
(farmers rotate planting fields between beans and grains - this is like the
problem with oats that are not grown in a dedicated gluten-free planting.)

Note: I have not verified this information in the links listed below with
other references.
