I recently purchased and installed a Watts water filter system. The model is Filter-Pure UF3 with "hollow fiber technology."  After it was installed, I immediately started having gluten exposure symptoms -- all of them.  The symptoms went away when I stopped drinking the water.  

Has anyone else had experience with this type of water filter? If so, did you have problems? Did you find a solution? The system includes 3 filters. I was wondering if just one of them is causing the problem and could be removed?

I've sent an inquiry to the company but have not received a response yet.

Any info would be appreciated.
