I am hoping to take a family vacation to the Caribbean but have no idea
which island is the most GF friendly, GF safe.

I am looking for info on restaurants that have a full understanding of GF,
etc. I am NOT looking for tips on how to be gluten free, e.g. Stick to fresh
fruit and plain meat/seafood; stay in a condo and prepare your own food, etc. Rather
I truly want to know of restaurants that have the ability to do GF.

Thanks.

Sara
