My friend's 3 year old is iron deficient, small stature, and has high antibodies. His Celiac blood test came back negative, so doctor wants to call it Gluten Intolerance and leave it at that. Please send me suggestions on a doctor in the Kansas City, Missouri area that is enlightened on the subject of Celiac Disease and willing to find out whether or not this child has Celiac disease, before further damage is done. Thanks
