Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is well. I have tested so many pizza crust mixes and really enjoy Bob's Red Mill Pizza Mix. You can also make it into delicious cinnamon rolls that were simply amazing.

The down side (and somewhat mysterious side) is that I get sick almost every time I make this pizza mix. I am starting to believe that I am allergic to something in the mix. Has anyone else had trouble with this mix? Are there a lot of Celiacs that are allergic to yeast (maybe it's the yeast)?

Any thoughts would be helpful. I will summarize in 1-2 days.

Thanks,

Heather
