Hi Emiliano,
I don't understand Creationism enough to defend or attack it.
The theory of evolution provides better evidence against Paleo eating than
Creationism does. The whole one-diet-fits-all Paleo paradigm is easily
discredited by evolution but not Creationism.
For instance, those who can trace their genes to the Fertile Crescent about
10,000 years ago might argue that they have had sufficient time to adapt to
wheat consumption. And they might be right.
And those who can trace their genes back to the Massai or northwestern
Europe might argue that they are well adapted to dairy. They, too, might be
right. These exceptions follow on evolutionary theory, not Creationism.
And what about the person whose roots can be traced to sea shores? Are they
better adapted to eating seafood?
best wishes,
Ron

If you reject evolution you have no reason to eat paleo.
