Pat,

MFJ makes two boxes that might work for you:  The MFJ-1261 switches one mic 
between two rigs, and the MFJ-1263 switches two mics between two radios.  I 
have the 1263, and it's a very nicely made box.  You can use a mic with 
either an 8-pin round plug or a modular (RJ45, I believe) plug.  When 
ordering, you have to specify the radio you want to use so they can send you 
the correctly configured output cable.  There are jumpers inside the box to 
configure the inputs for the type of radio you have.  I assume the MFJ-1261 
is set up similarly, but check with the company.
