Hi All:

I'm hoping to install my doublet this weekend and it has 50 feet of 450 ohm ladder line on it, not quite enough to reach the balanced terminals on my tuner.
I also have a ladder line fed G5RV that received some damage when hurricane Leslie took down my tower and I'm thinking of taking that 30 feet of ladder line from it and joining it to my 50 foot length to make it enough to reach my tuner.
The problem is I'm not sure if its 450 ohm or other. Should I be overly concerned and my manual tuner will take care of it or should I attach a balun I have and feed it with a short length of coax?
