10M has been open every day for a good month or 6 weeks here.
Usually europe in the morning between 9 and noon, and then most of north
america, with south america starting to come in around 3 to 3:30PM...from
9AM until about 7PM, most of north america comes in, with an emphasis on the
west coast, and mid western states in the afternoon, and the north and south
east US in the morning.
15M starts jumping in the mid afternoon and we get excellent propigation
into JA land from mid to late afternoon....with Europe usually mixed in all
day.
I got my antenna up in november of last year, and 10 was wide open with big
signals nearly world wide for about 3 months.
I haven't seen it quite that good yet this year, but it is still a bit early
if comparing to last year.
I really hope last year wasn't the peak of the cycle...they keep saying we
haven't reached the peak yet, but things aren't shaping up to be as good, at
least on ten, as they were last fall.
