Here is a link to one that uses the Koch method:

I had played around with a much earlier version of this one and it 
worked with JAWS.  Don't know about the current version, but won't hurt 
to look.

In the Koch method, you only learn 2 letters at full speed, then add a 
letter at a time as you get better.

The other method is Farnsworth, where   the gap between letters gets 
shorter as you get better at it.   A google search for farnsworth cw 
should kick up some programs.
