excellent on both TX and RX with both the wouxun and the baofeng UV5R.
right on par with any of the major HT's from the big three.
the Wouxun d1P or d2P might have ever so slightly better rx audio because of 
a bigger body and therefore a tiny bit larger cabinet to resonate in...but 
pretty close for all that.
