9 times out of 10, that does work I've learned over the years. Most people 
will be more than willing to sit and hear you out if you're calm and 
rational and go in prepared with facts and know what you're doing/talking 
about. If you say simply "make it accessible" or yell about it, you'll be 
very lucky if you're not told something not suited for this email list. If 
you talk, make suggestions, show that you'd be willing to help on the 
project, you end up like me often with more projects than you can handle.
