Hi list, I have a friend who wants to get his tech license but
can't seem to find accessible study materials from the ARRL. I'M
sure folks on this list have some good leads as to where to find
an accessible question pool online or from somewhere you can
download it. What say? Thanks, Jim WA6EKS
