I spoke with a Boar's Head Rep moments ago who told me that Boar's Head Meat products are not being marketed under other names such as Brickman.  I apologize for the error, and from now on, I promise to personally check out information even when given by trusted sources.
 
Brickman products are offered by Michigan Turkey Producer's in Wyoming, MI.  The Rep verified that these products are gluten free, all natural (no preservatives or nitrates) and not cured.  
 
My apology for misleading anyone.
