Just wanted to share that if you live in the Midwest and use Boars Head Deli meats, it is now available at Gordon Food Service under the Brand name Brickman.  As you know, the average cost per pound for this premium product is $8.00 - $10.00 per lb.  But under the Brinkman name, purchasing at GFS is half the price.  Just picked up some Brinkman Chipotle Seasoned Turkey Breast for $4.39/lb.  Great value!  It's gluten free and a "all natural" product which means it contains no preservatives or nitrates so I have cut enough to consume in a few days and froze the remainer.
