Usually I just put 2 eggs, some ketchup, diced onion, pepper and garlic, in 2 lbs of ground beef, to make my meatloaf. But tonight, I stirred in Frontier Soups, Chicago Bistro, French Onion SoupMix .... Instead of ketchup, all other ingredients the same.... And it came out quite good. What I like is that it has lentils in it, which adds to the nutrition.

I have not yet made onion soup put of it.
