My daughter will attend the University of Michigan in the fall. I noticed that the gluten free options in the dining hall we visited were at risk for cross contamination, or that a request for separate preparation meant a long wait as others finished their meals. Can anyone share:
> What your celiac experiences were in the dining halls?

> What other gluten free options are on campus or in the Ann Arbor?

> Did anyone attempt to live off campus or in non-university housing?

> What were your experiences in finding other celiac students perhaps to room with?

> Thank you,
