so far, with the prelease, it seems fine; not much diff from 14 or 13 as 
most of these  supposed upgrades.

I will say better functionality with Skipe 6.7.

If this helps, I also use Win 7 Home premium; IE 11 prelease; Firefox 23, 
which seems very unstable to me and crashes often.
