A friend of mine wants to set up her apex and outlook express to use a free 
e-mail account.
What is safest and easiest to setup through an ISP?  She lives in a nursing 
home, which provides free WIFI through their ISP gate way.  That's why she 
needs a g-mail or yahoo or something like that for her e-mail.
