Excellent point, but wouldn't I be ok if the TS480 auto-tuner were turned
off before doing the SWR checks?
In other words, wouldn't I get accurate SWR readings then?
I'm always willing to learn, and tap into the great wisdom on this group, so
feel free to correct errors in my thinking if they exist.
Remember: I was a college professor before I started the Department Head
gig, and always encouraged my studednts to ask questions, think, and learn
with an open mind.
