hmmm, if you press and hold the center button, you are tuning reflected 
power, not swr.
You want to press and hold the right most button for SWR tuning mode.
The left most button for the RF output adjustment mode.
Not sure if you can even get a tuning tone with the center button? if so, 
not sure why you would want to be tuning for lowest, or highest reflected 
power?
