I use it for my phone, and I like it, but the only issue  have is that I hear "unknown" when I'm tabbing through controls in the magic jack software this is on my mac.  I've seen the magic jack plus and I have to say I'm thinking about getting myself one.  It works quite nicely not being connected to a computer.
