Hi Harvey,

The select button is actuallly the menu button and if you hit it twice it 
should announce the menu item you can change.  Some menu items do not speak, 
but I believe that on most Wouxun HTs, the first menu item is the frequency 
step rate.

I have a friend, Kb5FNW, who just purchase an Ouxung radio, and he would
like to know what does he select after pressing the Select button which is
according to him the first button on the left just above the keypad.  He
says he hears it say, "Select," after he presses it, but nothing after that,
so he isn't sure what he is supposed to select.  I gave him Buddy's audio
tutorial on it, but he doesn't currently have a working CD player.  Thanks
