This is great info, Danny, and I appreciate it.
I'm probably not going to buy the Scout for my own personal usage, due to
accessibility concerns. However, believe it or not, my XYL is actually
thinking about it to use as her own little HF rig. She has her General
ticket, and seems to be having a re-emerging interest in HF, after a number
of years.
Obviously, if she buys the Scout, we're going to have to work out some
arrangements with operating times, antennas, etc., but we'll just have to
wait and see if she actually goes through with the purchase.
All of the info that has been provided here has been very helpful, and I
appreciate it very much.
