The rig is no longer being made, but it is a fine rig. It actually has a very nice receiver, but as you likely have figured out, there is no accessibility options for this rig. I do not recall all of the modules that were available, so cannot recall if it could play on all possible bands. WEll of course 60 meters is not likely. :)
Tentec may have some manuals, but for those interested it is as I recall a little larger than a Kenwood TMV7A. I believe the controls were very basic and the band modules fed in on the left side of the display. I'll be curious what this rig will be sold for. Oh I also believe the Scout had the SCAF filter (if I recall the name correctly) which was a single knob that went from a pretty wide open receive to quite narrow.
