I feel I need to respond since I am the one who started the whole OT
discussion.

Obviously some of you are upset with HumanWare's addition of the pitch
control. Probably, through user feedback this was implemented. The removal
of the tone control may or may not have been intentional, however, it
happened for whatever reason. Manufactures respond to user feedback to make
changes to their products and this only happens through constructive
feedback and not through bashing the manufacturer for making a mistake.
Lets let them know kindly that this is not going to work for all and they
will fix it.

This discussion finally died down and Humanware came up again because
consumers, and you know who you are made mistakes, like Humanware did with
the last software update and broke your Stream through dropping it or
plugging in the wrong charger and this is the fault of Humanware? We are
not bashing you for your mistakes are we? Not a single word was said
negatively toward any of you who made mistakes.

Let's try an experiment, everyone connect their 12 volt power supplies with
the wrong polarity to their Icoms, Kenwoods, Yasu's etc. and see how many
survive the little test and while you are at it, connect your 50 volt supply
for your linear to your 12 volt rigs as mentioned above and see how many
survive.

Damn those companies their stuff is junk because they all smoked, I'm not
buying that junk again!!

There has been all kinds of discussion on here from A to Z and that's OK I
never said that OT was bad.

I just felt Humanware wasn't getting a fair shake because of your mistakes.

Now I have vented and I feel much better.
