The doubletalk LT is an external speech synthesizer, that runs off a cereal 
port.  It works under dos or windows, works with Jaws or window-eyes, jaws 
for dos, vocal-eyes, or ASAP.  Probably a few more.  People either love or 
hate the speech, which is true of most synthesizers.  Their might be a way 
to run it under lynnox, or unix, but that's beyond me.
