You may have to retake some tests.  I don't remember without looking it up 
what the grace peroid is.  The loan of quipement from Handiham is on hold 
due to budget and personnel problems.  I think Pat can help with renewing if 
it is possible.  The current memberhsip is $12 yearly I think.  Go for it.
