Thanks to W6PR and KG4ITD for relaying today, and to everyone else who
checked in.  We ended the net controlled phase at around 2145Z.  Solar flux
index was around 105, which puts conditions back to where they were last
winter, approximately.  

I lost four stations because I didn't find out what they immediately wanted
(probably signal reports), but had them wait their turn in the roundtable
order.  It wouldn't be reasonable to take check-ins only during the first 10
minutes, so this will probably always happen.
