http://tinyurl.com/afclhxw The poster on rice consumption among individuals with celiac disease and the impact on inorganic arsenic intake has been posted. Brian Jackson of Dartmouth College and I also presented on the issue of arsenic and rice yesterday at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo.
