No it should not make it slower. But you now have doors pointing to your
computer that are open. Something to keep in mind.

hi it is a netgear router.  Ok, i will have to look inside my router as 
soon as my wife or me find the instructions for it.
Will forwarding the ports make the computer or i mean the internet slower?
