Hi Jim,
Yes, good point. The potassium supplements are the most important 
because they prevent the increased risk of kidney stones - the most 
painful side effect of a ketogenic diet.  I suspect that the reason this 
didn't happen to the Inuit is that they were eating sea salt with most 
of their food and it has enough potassium to avert this problem.
