Linda,

Let's do a little more troubleshooting.

Are there two BTE processors, one for each ear?

If so, does each one cause the RFI by itself?

If only one does than I would tend to think it is faulty and needs to be
replaced.

Does this RFI meet FCC regulations? for this type of device?

I know this is a lot of questions.

Trying to sort this all out.
